癌症化疗患者100例舒适护理的探讨

目的:探讨舒适护理在癌症患者化疗过程中的作用。方法:对50例癌症患者进行"化疗前疏导、化疗中护理、化疗后观察与随访"的舒适护理,与未经舒适护理的50例癌症患者的资料进行分析,比较两组患者化疗后的生活质量。结果:舒适护理组生活质量得分为(47.64±9.01),对照组得分为(38.18±11.02)(P<0.001)。结论:舒适护理在癌症化疗中的运用提高了护理质量,充实了"以人为本"的整体护理内涵。

Practice of comfortable nursing for patients with carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy

Objective:To investigate the role of comfortable nursing in patients with carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:One hundred patients with carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy were divided into trial group(n=50) and control group group(n=50),patients in trial group underwent comfortable nursing through "offering advice and guidance before chemotherapy,positively nursing in the process of chemotherapy,observation and follow-up after chemotherapy",patients in control didn't practice comfortable nursing.Life quality after chemotherapy was evaluated.Results:The scores for trial group and control group were(47.64±9.01) and(38.18±11.02) respectively;there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing for patients with carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy may improve the nursing quality and enrich the holistic nursing concept of "putting people above all".
