肝细胞肝癌相关蛋白质组学研究进展

探讨和揭示肝细胞肝癌发生发展和转移复发的相关因素及分子机制,寻找早期诊断肝癌、预测转移的生物标记和干预治疗的药物靶点,已成为当今肝细胞肝癌研究的热点。随着后基因组时代的来临,作为功能基因的直接体现者及生物体生命功能执行者的蛋白质为多基因、多蛋白的肝细胞肝癌的研究创造了新的契机。

Research Progress of Proteomics in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

At present, the studies of hepatocellular carcinoma focus on investigating and revealing the relevant factors and molecular mechanism of carcinogenesis, development, metastasis and recurrence and seeking biological markers for early diagnosis and metastasis prediction and drug targets for interfering therapy. In the post-genome era, protein that is the direct embodiment of functional genes and the executant of vital functions has provided novel insights into the research of hepatocellular carcinoma, which is controlled by multi-genes and multi-proteins. In this paper we reviewed the recent progress in proteomic study of hepatocellular carcinoma.
