| 摘 要： | 目的提高盐酸金刚烷胺片的质量。方法以HPLC-ELSD法测定盐酸金刚烷胺片的含量,色谱柱为C18（4.6 mm×250 mm5,μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.06%的三氟乙酸（20∶80）,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl,流速为1.0 ml/min;检测器为ELSD,漂移管温度为55℃,雾化气体为空气,流速为2.0 L/min。结果盐酸金刚烷胺的线性范围为80.48-281.68μg（r=0.999 1）,平均回收率为100.1%（RSD=1.3%）。结论 HPLC-ELSD法样品处理简便,准确度高,专属性强,适合盐酸金刚烷胺片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of amantadine hydrochloride tablets.Methods C18（4.6mm×200mm,5 μm） column was used,Acetonitriles-0.06% trifluoroacetic acid（TFA） solution（20： 80） as the mobile phase and 1.0 Ml/min as the flow rate.The column temperature was 30 ℃,ELSD was used as detector the drift tube temperature was 55 ℃,nebulizer gas was air and the flow was 2.0 L/min.Results Amantadine hydrochloride presented a good linear correlation in range of 80.48-281.68μg（r=0.9991）;The recovery was 100.10%（RSD=1.3%）.Conclusion This method is definite simple,stable and accurate.It is suitable for the content control of Amantadine Hydrochloride Tablets. |
