米索前列醇在无痛人流术中的临床应用

目的:探讨米索前列醇(简称米索)在无痛人流术中的作用。方法:选择在我院要求无痛人流的孕妇380例,随机分成两组,观察组180例于无痛人流术前30min空腹口服米索400μg,对照组200例无痛人流术前不用任何药物。结果:两组镇痛率均为100%、均无人流综合征发生,宫口扩张情况观察组优于对照组,观察组手术时间短、术中出血少、异丙酚用量少、清醒快。结论:在无痛人流术前30min空腹口服米索可有效扩张宫颈,减轻宫颈损伤,缩短手术时间,减少并发症,提高手术安全性。

The Clinical Use in Painless Artificial Abortion with Following Oral Administration of Misorprostal before the Surgery

Objective. To probe into the effect of Misoprostol in painless artificial abortion. Methods： 380 pregnant women who would take painless artificial abortion were taken as samples, and they were randomly divided into two groups. 180 cases were taken 400ug Misorprostol Tablets by oral at the time of half an hour before the surgery. The 200 cases in the control group did not take any drugs before the surgery. Re- suits： The ratio of analgesia in both groups was 100 ~/~o and the syndrome did not occur. The extent of dilation of cervical in the intervention group was better than that of the control group ,perioperative bleeding of the intervention group was less than that of the control group , the surgery time used in the intervention group was much shorter, and the quantity of the propofol could be used less, and the patients regained consciousness and away from in a short time. Conclusion： Following oral administration of Misoprostol Tablets before painless artificial abortion surgery can effectively expand the neck of uterus, lighten the damage to the neck of uterus, reduce the complication and raise the safety of the surgery.
