注射用头孢噻肟钠致严重过敏反应二例分析

头孢噻肟钠是第三代头孢类药物,具有广谱、高效、价格低廉、不良反应少等特点。本文报道2例男性患者(均2岁),静点头孢噻肟钠2～3 min后,出现刺激性咳嗽、呕吐、发绀等症状,其中1例出现过敏性休克,立即停用头孢噻肟钠,予泼尼松龙、肾上腺素及吸氧、补液等措施,2位患儿均治愈。结合文献对这2例头孢噻肟钠过敏反应的发生原因和预防对策进行探讨。

Two cases analysis of serious allergic response induced by cefotaxime sodium for injection

Cefotaxime sodium is one of the third generation cephalosporin.It has characteristic of broad-spectrum,highly effective,inexpensive and few adverse reactions.The paper reports 2 cases of allergic response caused by cefotaxime sodium in our hospital.Two male patients aged 2 years began to cough,vomit and cyanosis after 2～3 minutes of intravenous injection of cefotaxime sodium.One of them developed allergic shock.The injection stopped immediately.Treatment measure were taken including Prednisolone,intravenous injection of epinephrine,Oxygen uptake,fluid infusion.After treatment,2 patients were cured.The causes and prevention of the allergic response of cefotaxime sodium were discussed according to the literature.
