哌唑嗪对原发性高血压病人红细胞Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATP酶和钙调素的影响

摘    要:
本实验观察了原发性高血压(EH)病人红细胞Ca~(2+)Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性,红细胞和血浆钙调素(CaM)的变化及哌唑嗪对其影响。结果表明:EH病人红细胞基础和最大Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性显著下降,并与血压呈显著负相关;红细胞CaM活性也显著降低并与最大Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性呈显著正相关;经哌唑嗪治疗后,EH病人红细胞Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性和CaM变化不显著,但血浆CaM有所降低。提示EH病人红细胞钙代谢异常与外周阻力增高有密切关系,哌唑嗪对细胞和体液CaM有不同影响。

Effects of Prazosin on Ca~(2+), Mg~(2+)-ATPase Activites and Calmodulin of Erythrocyte in Essential Hypertension

Abstract:
The changes of the Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase activites and calmodulin (CaM) in erythrocyte, plasma CaM and the effects of prasozin on them were studied in patients with essential hypertension (EH) . The results showed that the basal and maximal Ca2+ Mg2+-ATPase activites of erythrocyte were lower in EH subjects than those in normal controls, and Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase activities were significantly negative correlation with blood pressure, the activity of CaM in erythrocyte was also reduced, and there were highly positive correlation between CaM and maximal Ca2+ Mg2+-ATPase activity in erythrocyte. Therapy with the prasozin, the basal and maximal Ca2+, Mg2+ -ATPase and CaM activities in erythrocyte were unchanged, but plasma CaM activity reduced markedly. It indicated that abnormalities of cellular calcium have an important role in EH, and prasozin exerts a different effect on CaM activity in intra- and extracellular.
