| 氯丙咪嗪和氟西汀对强迫症患者生活质量的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氯丙咪嗪和氟西汀对强迫症患者生活质量的影响。方法采用生活满意度量表(LSR)和社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)对102例使用氯丙咪嗪或氟西汀治疗获临床治愈或显著进步的强迫症患者进行评定。结果氟西汀组患者LSR评分显示热情与冷漠[(4.52±1.44)分],愿望与已实现[(4.26±1.05)分],两因子分显著高于氯丙咪嗪组[(3.06±1.72)分,(3.84±0.98)分](P<0.01),氟西汀组患者SDSS评分显示家庭外社会活动明显好于氯丙咪嗪组患者(P<0.05),社会性退缩、个人生活自理、对外界兴趣、责任心和计划性好于氯丙咪嗪组患者(P<0.05)。生活质量影响的单因素分析显示生活满意度与药物副反应得分呈负相关。结论氟西汀对提高患者的生活质量效果较好。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the effect of clorimipramine and fluoxetine on the quality of life in obsessive-compulsive disorder patients.Methods102 obsessive-compulsive disorder patients who had recovered or significantly improved with the treatment of clorimipramine and fluoxetine were evaluated with the Life Satisfaction Rating Scales(LSR) and SDSS.ResultsThe patients in fluoxetine group showed higher total score and item scores in the LSR(P<0.050.01), and better social functions in the SDSS than the patients in clorimipramine(P<0.05).Muti-variables analysis showed that the score of Life Satisfaction Rating Scale associated negatively with the score of adverse effects by drugs.ConclusionFluoxetine had better effect on patient's quality of life. |
