| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药内服外洗治疗小儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将128例湿疹患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予中药内服及外洗，对照组给予常规西医治疗，15d为1个疗程，2个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96．88％，对照组为81．25％，2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药内服外洗治疗湿疹疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy Chinese medicine in treating eczema children. Methods of oral medication and external application of traditional 128 patients with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . The treatment group received treatment of oral medication and external application of traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was given western medicine, 15 days for a course. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after 2 courses. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.88%, while that of the control group was 81.25%. The difference had statistical difference（ P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Oral medication and external application of Chinese medicine has better therapeutic effect in treating eczema, worthy of wide clinical application. |
