用免疫放射量度分析法测定２９例食管鳞癌切除术后患者血清中鳞癌相关抗原（ＳＣＣＡｇ）以监测术后肿瘤复发或转移。ＳＣＣＡｇ手术后下降并保持正常的１９例，未发现复发或转移，术后ＳＣＣＡｇ又出现异常升高的１０例，１—８个月后均发现转移或复发。这表明，术后血清ＳＣＣＡｇ测定对监测食管鳞癌复发或转移极有价值。
