经颅多普勒在突发性耳聋中的检测意义

目的:探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)检测突发性耳的聋意义。方法:对58例突聋患者应用TCD检测其脑血流动力学改变,并按TCD异常和正常两组进行治疗前后的总有效率比较,同时TCD异常患者治疗前后与35例健康对照组进行血流速度比较。结果:58例患者治疗前脑血流异常42例(72.4%),脑血流速度增快高于正常对照组(P>0.01);42例TCD异常患者中35例(83.3%)治疗有效,显著高于TCD正常组,总有效率62.5%(P<0.01)。结论:TCD在突聋的病因诊断方面有重要作用,可为临床治疗提供依据。

The Significance of Examination of Transcranial Doppler in the Deafness Sudden

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of transcranial Doppler(TCD) examination for the Deafness Sudden.Methods:Cerebral blood flow hemodynamic changes in 58 deafness sudden patients were observed with TCD.These patients were divided into two groups(16 cases in normal group and 42 cases in abnormal group) according to the TCD examination.The cerebral blood flow hemodynamic of all patients(42 cases) were compared before and after treatment.And abnormal group was compared with normal controls before and after treatment.Results:The speed of cerebral blood flow in the abnormal group(42 cases) was increased more than that in control group (P<0.01);35 patients(83.3%) in abnormal group got good therapeutic result and their total efficiency(62.5%) was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion: TCD may play an important part in determining deafness sudden and provide treatment basis for clinicians.
