| 摘 要： | 本实验观察卡托普利(captopril,CPT)对小鼠实验性糖尿病有预防作用。CPT(160mg/kg)可降低 Alloxan 所致小鼠血清过氧化脂质(LPO)和血糖的升高幅度,CPT 的上述作用可能是通过抗脂质过氧化和抗自由基,减轻 Alloxan 对胰岛 B 细胞的损伤而实现。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,we observed a protective effect of captopril on experimental diabetes in mouse.CPT could decrease the elevation of serum LPO and blood sugar contents in allox- an-intoxacated mice.These results suggested that CPT decreased alloxaninjury of pancreat- ic B cells,through anti-oxygen free radical or antr-lipid peroxidation. |
