摘    要:
目的:为讨论脑卒中患者甲状腺激素异常变化的临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫分析法对42例脑卒中患者治疗前后及20例正常人血清甲状腺激素水平进行测定。结果:脑卒中组三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)与对照组比较有显著性意义(P<0.05),脑卒中组随着病情加重,T_3逐渐降低。结论:提示甲状腺激素变化对脑卒中患者的患病程度和预后有一定的意义。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical significance of preternatural changes of thyroid hormone in patients with brain apoplexy. Method: Determination of thyroid hormone in blood plasma in ELIA was performed in 42 cases of patients with brain apoplexy around being cured and 20 healthy subjects served as normal control group. Results: Compared with control group, tri-iodothyonine (T3) in brain apoplexy group altered significantly (P < 0.05). The more severe brain apoplexy was, the more T3 declined. Conclusion:The results indicate that the change of thyroid hormone level has a practical value in the degree of disease and prognosis in patients with brain apoplexy.
