| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急诊科护士职业紧张现状。方法:采用修订版职业紧张量表(OSI-R)对76名急诊科护士进行调查研究。结果:急诊科护士普遍存在职业紧张现象,不同年龄、学历、职称、工作年限急诊护士的职业紧张情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:各医疗机构应尽量减少职业紧张危害因素,减轻急诊护士职业紧张反应,以维护其心身健康。 |
