氟西汀联用柴胡疏肝散加味治疗产后抑郁症

目的:研究氟西汀联用柴胡疏肝散加味对产后抑郁症的疗效和副作用。方法:将87例产后抑郁症(DSM—IV标准)患者随机分为观察组(氟西汀联用柴胡疏肝散治疗,45例)和对照组(单用氟西汀治疗,42例)治疗4周,分别于用药2周、4周末用HAMD量表评估疗效,用TESS评估副作用,并作统计分析。结果:观察组有效率(HAMD减分率>50%)为84.4%,对照组为59.5%,二者差异有显著性(χ2=6.754,P<0.05),且观察组见效较快,副作用较少。结论柴胡疏肝散与氟西汀联用于治疗产后抑郁症,可提高氟西汀的疗效,减少氟西汀的副作用。

Study on Postpartum Depression Treated with Combination of Fluoxetine and Chaihu Shugan Powder

s:Objective:To study the effectiveness and side effects of the combination of fluoxetine and Chaihu Shugan Powder plus for the treatment of postpartum depression. Methods: 87 postpartum depression patients (DSM-IV criteria) were randomized into two groups, 45 cases were treated with combination of fluoxetine and Chaihu Shugan Powder plus for 4 weeks(Studygroup), while 42 cases were treated with fiuoxetine alone(Controlgroup). Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) were assessed at the end of second and fourth week after initiation of treatment. Results:The response rate(Reduction rate of HAMD total scores>50%) of the Study group was significantly higher than that of Controlgroup(84.4%vs.59.5%,P<0.05). And Study group had a more rapid onset and fewer side effects than Control group.Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder plus, combined with fluoxetine, can increase the effectiveness of fiuoxetine and decrease side effects of it in the treatment of postpartum depression.
