高氧液对矽肺家兔血液流变学的影响

目的探讨高氧液对矽肺家兔血液流变学的影响。方法采用非暴露式气管注入法复制家兔矽肺模型;实验分组为空白对照组染尘对照组和染尘+高氧液组,分别给予静滴生理盐水及高氧液,2周后比较各组间家兔血液流变学指标的改变。结果高氧液能显著改变矽肺家兔的血液流变学参数(P<0.05)。结论高氧液可以改善矽肺家兔的血液流变学参数,能部分抑制矽肺患者病程发展。

Effect of Hyperoxic Liquid on Hemorheology in rabbits with Silicosis

Objective To explore the effect of hyperoxic liquid on hemorheology in the rabbits which silicosis. Methods The silicosis model was prepared by non - exposure intrabronchial iniection in the rabbits which were divided randomly into three groups,i.e. normal group,control group and treatment group. The rabbits in the normal and control groups received intravenous injection of saline and the rabbits in the treatment group received intravenous injection of hyperoxic liquid.The indexes of hemorheology were determined after the treatment lasting 2 weeks.Results The indexes of hemorheology in the nomal and control group after the treatment were insignificantly different frorn those before the treatment. The indexes of hemorheology in the treatment group were significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment and to those in the normal and control groups. Conclusions Hyperxic liquid can improve the indexes of hemorheology in rabbits with silicosis and partly restrain the development of silicosis.
