湖北综合医院精神卫生服务现状及焦虑抑郁障碍诊治情况调查

目的了解湖北省综合医院精神卫生服务资源现状与焦虑抑郁障碍诊治情况。方法通过分类随机抽样方式抽取湖北省18所包括两个地区、三个级别的综合医院,并对其发放自编"综合医院精神卫生服务资源记录表"。结果 (1)其中有11(64.7%)所医院至少提供1种精神卫生服务,提供住院服务仅5(29.4%)所。综合医院中有364人从事精神卫生服务工作,其中二级医院318人(87.4%)多于三级医院46人(12.6%)。(2)2010年至2012年,综合医院焦虑抑郁患者收治人次呈逐年上升趋势,特别是三级医院(P<0.01);武汉地区治愈率明显高于其他区(P<0.01)。(3)开展精神卫生专业知识培训仅限于设有精神科的综合医院;其他地区对设置精神科与开展精神卫生专业知识培训的需求要明显高于武汉地区(P<0.05)。结论湖北省提供精神卫生服务水平在地区与各级综合医院之间存在明显不均衡,综合医院开展精神卫生专业培训有待进一步完善与加强。

Mental health services,diagnosis and treatment of anxiety depression disorder provided in general hospitals in Hubei province

Objective To explore the mental health services,diagnosis and treatment of anxiety depression disorder in general hospitals in Hubei province.Methods The self-made questionnaire was distributed to 18 general hospitals in Hubei province.The general hospitals were extracted by the method of classification of random sampling,which included 10 level tertiary hospital hospitals,6 secondary hospitals and 2 class hospitals.Results（1） Eleven（64.7%） general hospitals provided at least one type of mental health service,only 5（29.4%） general hospitals provided inpatient services.Among all general hospitals,364 people were engaged in mental health services,the people in the secondary hospitals accounted for（87.4%） more than those in the tertiary hospitals（12.6%）.（2） From 2010 to 2012,people with anxiety depression disorder were obviously rising gradually,especially in the tertiary hospitals（P 0.01）.In Wuhan the cure rate was significantly higher than that in other area（P 0.01）.（3） Professional training for mental health was limited to a psychiatric ward in general hospital.In other area of the demand for open psychiatric ward and mental health professional knowledge training significantly higher than those in wuhan（P 0.05）.Conclusion The levels of mental health service provided in Hubei Province are obvious disparity between the areas and all levels of general hospitals.It is necessary to improve and enhance the professional training of mental health of the staff.
