| 摘 要： | 目征是作者在中国传统医学基础上发现总结的。它不仅是血瘀证的一项新体征，对其诊断有重要意义且成为国内外中西医结合界关注的课题之一。但对目征发生机理不明确。本文从血液流变学角度，对４２０例目征组和８０例非目征健康组进行观察分析，结果说明，血液高度浓稠性、粘滞性、聚集性和凝固性，是目征病理基础之一，而ＢＨＳ是目征本质之一。

| Abstract: | Eye-sign was found and summed up by the authors on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine. It is a new physical sign of blood stasis which is of diagnostic significance and it has become a topic for doctors of the Chinese - Western medical school to pay attention to bath at home and abroad. Unfortunately, the mechanism of eye-sigh is still unknown. In this paper, 420 cases of eye -sign and 80 cases of normal individuals were checked and analysed from the hemorheological point of view. The results indicates: high blood coherence, eye - cosity, aggregation and coagulationmight be one of the pathological factors of eye -sign and high blood viscosity syndrome is one of the eye - sign hallmarks.` |
