单纯肥胖症儿童动脉粥样硬化形成机制的研究

摘    要:
对30名单纯肥胖症儿童血清VE、SOD、脂质过氧化物及黄嘌呤氧化酶的测定,初步探讨了单纯肥胖症儿童动脉粥样硬化的形成机制。结果表明:肥胖儿童体内抗氧化代谢较正常对照儿童虽无明显差异,但其氧化代谢却有明显增强。提示:单纯肥胖症者在儿童时期,氧化与抗氧化代谢就已明显失衡,由于这种平衡的打破能促进机体较多的低密度脂蛋白发生氧化修饰,因而与日后动脉粥样硬化的形成具有不可分割的联系。

Abstract:
In order to study the mechanism of atherosclerosis in simple obesity children,the serum levels of vitamin E (VE), superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,lipid peroxide (LPO) and Xanthinoxidase(XOD)activity were measured in 30 cases of simple obesity children. The results showed that the level of oxidation in simple obesity children was significantly higher than that in normal children,while there was no significant difference in the level of antioxidation between simple obesity children and normal children,it indicated that such an unbalance between oxidation and antioxidation might contribut to the oxidative modification of low-density lipoprotein and thereby to the development of atherosclerosis in simple obesity children.
