| 摘 要： | 研究目的探讨丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症的临床疗效及副反应。研究背景有报道丙戊酸钠具有抗躁狂作用，但与碳酸锂比较有何差异未见报道。研究方法病例对照研究。结果丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症的临床疗效与碳酸钠无显著差异（P＞0.05），丙戊酸钠副反应略高于碳酸锂。结论丙戊酸钠对躁狂症有治疗作用，可作为锂盐治疗无效的备选药或作为治疗躁狂症的合并用药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To search tbr the clinical effect and side - effects of sodium valproate in the treatment of mania disordor.Background The anti-mania effect of sodium valproate has been reporteo, but compared study between sodium valproate with lithium cathonate in the trearment of mania has not been investigated yet.Methods Case-controlled research.Results The anti-mania ettect nas no significant difference between sodium valproate and lithium carbonate (P>0.05). However the sideeffects of sodium valproate was lightly more serious than that of lithium carbonate.Conclution Sodium valproate has anti - ma-nia effect. It can be used as a alternative when lithium carbonate had no effect, or used as a combined medicine in treatment of mania. |
