脑电图在腹型癫痫诊断中的意义

研究目的探讨脑电图检查对腹型癫痫诊断的价值。方法根据80例不同年龄组腹型癫痫患者的临床症状分析了治疗前后脑电图的改变。结果脑电图阳性率高达80％（3～6岁组阳性率为90.91％）。采用苯巴比妥治疗3～6个月后复查脑电图40例，其中临床症状及脑电图均明显改善者35例。结论腹型癫痫的脑电图阳性率较高，且显示年龄愈小阳性率愈高。采用苯巴比妥治疗，疗效满意。

The diagnostic significance of EEC on abdominal epilepsy

Objective To search the diagnostic value of EEG on abdominal epilepsy.Method According to clinical symptoms of 80 patients with abdominal epilepsy in different ages,thechanges of EEG affer and before treatment were analysedResult The positive rate of abnomai EEG is 80% in 80 cases of abdominal epilepsy. Among of them the positive rate in children from 3 to 6 years old is 90, 91%, By using phenobarbital, 40 cases were reexamlned after 36 months, and among of them, clinical symptoms and EEG was improved obviously in 35 patients.Conclusion EEG result shows htgher positive rate in patients with abdominal epilepsy, and the younger the patients are. the higher the positive rate is. Furthermore, the result of phenobabitat treatment is satisfying.
