陈旧性跟腱断裂12例

目的探讨外科手术治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的疗效和体会。方法对收治的12例陈旧性跟腱断裂患者应用Bosworth腓肠肌腱瓣翻转法、Lindholm改良成形加固修复法、Abraham倒“V～Y”肌腱瓣修补法修复治疗并进行随访。结果全部病例均经6个月～2年（平均1．2年）的随访,按Amer—Lindholm标准判定,优8例（66．7％）,良4例（33．3％,其中2例术前均已有腓肠肌轻度萎缩）,优良率100％。结论陈旧性跟腱断裂多为运动伤,易误（漏）诊。Bosworth法、Lindholm法、Abraham法结合术后合理康复功能锻炼,疗效确切。

Management of 12 Patients with Old Achilles Tendon Rupture

Objective To investigate and appreciation the therapeutic effect of treatment for old achilles tendon rupture. Methods A total of 12 patients with old achilles tendon rupture were treated with either Bosworth method, improved Lindholm method or Abraham method, and the therapeutic effect were followed up. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months（ the average is 1.2 year）. According to Amer- Lindholm criteria, 8 patients had excellent results（66.7 % ）, 4 patients had good results（33.3 % ）, two of the cases preoperation have the minor atrophy in gastrocnemius, with the excellent and good rate being 100 %. Conclusions Achilles tendon ruptures, most of which are sport injuries, might be easy to be misdiagnosed and missed by doctors. Combined with appropriate postoperative rehabilitation exercises, either Bosworth method, Lindholm method or Abraham method can make a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
