无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的MRI分析

摘    要:目的 :探讨无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的发生机理、好发部位及MRI特点。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 43例无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的MRI表现。结果 :共发现脊髓异常MR信号 46处 ,多位于C4-6水平 ,异常信号T1WI为低信号、等信号或高信号 ;T2WI为信号均匀或不均匀的高信号。结论 :MRI能显示脊髓损伤的范围和病理改变 ,明确脊髓损伤处有无突出椎间盘的持续性压迫。是无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤最好的检查方法

Abstract:Purpose: To explore the mechanism, most common location and MRI features of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Materials and Methods: The MRI findings of 43 cases of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 43 cases, there were 46 lesions of abnormal MR Signals in spinal cord. Spinal cord injury situated in C 4-6 level mostly. The abnormal MR signals showed iso signal, low signal or high signal on T1WI, high signal on T2WI. Conclusion: MRI can not only show the range and the pathology of spinal cord injury but aslso assess spinal cord injury with of without continued compression of the intervertebral disc herniation. MRI is a best method for examining cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation.
