| 摘 要： | 比较了斑蝥去头足翅前后的生品、米炒品、碱处理新法炮制品的急性毒性、亚急性毒性及体内外抗肿瘤作用。结果表明,炮制品毒性小于生品,去头足翅后毒性增大,碱处理炮制新法优于药典米炒法。

| Abstract: | We have compared the acute toxicity, sub-acute toxicity and in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor action of the rude drug, stir-fried with rice, and alkali-processed drugs of Mylabris phalerata before and after removing the head, feet and wings. The results indicate that the toxicity of the processed drugs is lower than that of the rude ones; the toxicity becomes higher without head, feet, and wings;and the alkali-processing method is better than stir-frying with rice recorded in the pharmacopeia. |
