针刺颈夹脊穴为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病48例

摘    要:
目的 观察针刺颈夹脊穴结合大椎刺络拔罐治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 对 4 8例椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用针刺颈夹脊结合大椎刺络拔罐治疗 ,并与推拿对照组进行疗效比较。结果与结论 治疗组总有效率为 93.75 % ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且针刺夹脊穴的疗效具有持续性和积累性 ,治疗组治疗 2个疗程后治愈率和有效率均较治疗 1个疗程为高 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Abstract:
Purpose To investigate the clinical efficacy of needling cervical Jiaji points plus blood-letting puncture and cupping at Dazhui for the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.Methods Forty-eight patients with vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy were treated by needling cervical Jiaji points plus blood-letting puncture and cupping at Dazhui. The curative effect was compared with that in the control group.Results and conclusion The total efficacy rate was 93.75% in the treatment group, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P< 0.05). The curative effect of needling cervical Jiaji points was continuous and accumulative. Both the cure rate and the efficacy rate in the treatment group were higher after two courses than after one course of treatment (P< 0.05).
