含咽温开水抑制插胃管过程中呕吐反应的效果观察

目的探讨插胃管过程中含咽温开水抑制呕吐反应的作用，以提高插胃管成功率，减轻患者的痛苦。方法选取有插胃管需求的清醒患者190例，随机分为含咽温开水组和常规组各95例，分别使用含咽温开水法和常规法插胃管，以插管时间、呕吐症状及一次插管成功率为主要观察指标，比较2种方法的插管效果。结果含咽温开水组的胃管插入效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0.05。结论含咽温开水在插胃管过程中可有效地抑制呕吐反应，提高置人胃管的成功率，并缩短插管所需时间。

Effect of prevention of vomition by swallowing water during gastric tube insertion

Objective To increase the success rate of insertion and alleviate patients pain by studying the vomition prevention effect of swallowing water during gastric tube insertion. Methods We selected 190 patients who were in need of gastric tube insertion and divided them into two groups according to methods of insertion.One group swallowed water during insertion while the other group only received conventional method of insertion.We observed the insertion effect by comparing the time cost ,vomition symptom and one-time success rate of insertion between the two groups. Results The insertion effect of the group swallowed water during insertion was better than that of group who received conventional method of insertion（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion To swallow water during gastric tube insertion could prevent vomition and improve success rate and shorten the time cost of insertion
