早期妊娠咨询门诊孕妇咨询内容分析

目的:调查妊娠期特别是早期妊娠时孕妇要求咨询的问题。方法:对2002年5月~2003年12月30日在该院妊娠咨询门诊咨询的对象共360例,采用直接对话形式进行咨询,并记录。结果:咨询者中大专及以上学历142人次,占39.4%,高中学历125人,占34.7%;妊娠期用药对胎儿的影响为咨询的主要问题,且大部分为确诊妊娠前用药,医生处方用药占70.2%。有159人次咨询内容为怀孕期频繁接触电脑、使用手机及超声检查对胎儿的影响,占咨询人数的44.2%。咨询性传播性疾病对妊娠影响71人,占咨询人数的19.7%。有61人次咨询豢养宠物对妊娠的影响,占16.9%。结论:重视早期妊娠用药问题,对育龄未孕妇女用药前应了解月经史;重视孕妇性病,及时治疗,阻断母婴垂直传播。

To analyse the questions of pregnant askers in counsel outpatient

Objective:To investigate the common questions for gravidas during the early period of pregnancy,especially in the first trimester.Methods:Communicated with the askers directly in counsel outpatient during May 2002~December 2003,and then recorded all information.Results:The askers with higer-education were 39.4%;with mid-education were 34.7%;The chief problem was drug-use in the first trimester,most of them took medicine before the diagnosis of pregnancy;70.2% askers was prescribed by doctors.There were 159 askers with the questions of effect of the computer,mobile phone and ultrasound(44.2%).There were 71askers with the questions of effect of the sexual transmited diseases(STD)(19.7%);There were 61 askers with the questions of effect of the pet(16.9%).Conclusion:Paying more attention to medicine-use in the first trimester,doctors must ask the menses cycle when the patient had no child or wanted baby;pay more attention to STD in gravidas,block the transmission between mother and infant.
