| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用蛋白芯片法联合检测多种肿瘤标志物在消化道恶性肿瘤临床应用。方法：查阅和分析近年有关多肿瘤标志物检测在消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断治疗和预后判断中应用的相关文献，并作进一步综合分析。结果：证实了多种肿瘤标志物检测在消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断治疗和预后判断中临床应用的可行性。结论：多肿瘤标志物检测在消化道恶性肿瘤的临床诊治中有广阔的应用前景，值得进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical application of multi-tumor markers protein chip in detecting the malignant tumors of digestive tract based on the research progress. Methods ：The related literatures about clinical application of muhi-tumor markers protein chip in the diagnosis, treatment and judge prognosis of malignant tumors of digestive tract were reviewed and analyzed, Results ： The multi-tumor markers protein chip contributes to diagnosis, treatment and judge prognosis of malignant tumors of digestive tract. Conclusions： The clinical application of the multi-tumor markers protein chip in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors of digestive tract cancer has a bright future and is worthy of further studying. |
