| 摘 要： | 目的:建立金银花的HPLC指纹图谱,对4个产地金银花中所含的组分进行综合评价并测定其绿原酸含量,为金银花药材的质量鉴定提供依据.方法:采用HPLC方法将获得的色谱指纹图谱,据此对金银花质量进行分析鉴别.结果:4个产地金银花指纹谱主要特征大致相同,金银花主要成分之一绿原酸含量与对照药材相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:4产地金银花品质与对照药材基本相同,该方法可用于判定金银花药材品质及其伪品的鉴定.

| Abstract: | AIM: To establish the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of Flos lonicerae from the four different areas in accordance with the content of their chlorogeic acid, it may provide the basis for identification for quality of Flos lonicerae. METHODS: HPLC results of the Flos lonicerae were used to evaluate and distinguish areas Flos lonicerae from different areas. RESULTS: The major features of HPLC fingerprint of the four different areas were approximately similar in comparison with control sample there was no significant difference among the contents of chlorogenic acid from the four different areas ( P >0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The qualities of Flos lonicerae from the four different areas were almost the same as that of the control. This method can be used to judge the appraisal of the Flos lonicerae and to distinguish between genuine and counterfeit Flos lonicerae. |
