血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对肺循环的作用

摘    要:
研究了新的非巯基类血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂──Cilazapril对肺心病大鼠肺动脉高压及低氧血症的作用。大鼠常压间歇缺氧并静脉注射三氯化铁4周后,肺动脉平均压(mPAP)显著升高,动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)显著下降,形成了与肺心病相似的肺动脉高压(PH)并低氧血症的模型。若每次缺氧前预用Cilazapril0.5mg/只,能显著防止肺动脉压(PAP)升高和PaO_2下降,部分逆转右心肥大,减轻肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及氧自由基对肺的损伤。

Abstract:
his study attempted to research the protective ef-fects of cilazapril, a new ACE inhibitor, on chronic hy-poxic pulmonary hypertension and hypoxemia in rats.The mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) of therats after hypoxia and injection with 1% Fecl_3 via thetail veins for 4 weeks increased significantly but its PaO_2decreased separately. Cilazapril effectively protectedmPAP increase and PaO_2 decrease in rats treated withCilazapril (0. 5mg/d) by surpressing the lung injury ofTNF and oxygen free radical.
