重复异位妊娠62例临床分析

目的:分析重复异位妊娠的发病原因及治疗。方法:回顾性调查2002年6月~2006年12月我院1475例重复异位妊娠发生的情况,分析首次异位妊娠的治疗方法、术中所见输卵管炎症情况与重复异位妊娠之间的关系。结果:1475例异位妊娠中发生重复异位妊娠62例,占4.2%,91.2%输卵管切除术者的重复异位妊娠发生在对侧,而保守性治疗者是75%在原患侧,有显著性差异(P<0.05);术中所见输卵管有肉眼炎症表现者占总手术人数的79.1%,重复异位妊娠在两侧的发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:输卵管炎症是重复异位妊娠的重要原因;患者如无生育要求,应建议其行患侧输卵管切除和对侧输卵管绝育术,减少重复异位妊娠的发生。

Clinical analysis of 62 patients with recurrent ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To analyze the causation factors of recurrent ectopic pregnancies and their treatment. Methods:A retrospective survey of recurrent ectopic pregnancies in our hospital during Jun. 2002~Dec. 2006, was carried out to analyze the relationship between it and the previous ectopic pregnancy,its treatment method and the status of the tubal inflammation.Results:There were 62 cases of recurrent ectopic pregnancy among 1 475 patients. With radical resection of the affected Fallopian tube, 91.2% of the recurrent ectopic pregnancy occurred on the contralateral side; with conservative treatment, it usually occured on the same side as the original one. (75.0%), P<0.05. 79.1% of the recurrent ectopic pregnancy who had operated occurred on the macroscopic inflammatory salpinx. There was no significant difference between on the contralateral side and on the original side, P>0.05.Conclusion:Inflamed salpinx is important reason of recurrent ectopic pregnancy. It's suggested that the tubal resection and the tubal sterilizaton should be done, if they needn't procreate again.
