12例男性乳腺癌的治疗

目的：分析男性乳腺癌的临床特点。方法：回顾12例患者，均先作根治手术，其中6例作术后放疗联合化疗，3例作术后单纯化疗，2例作术后单纯局部放疗，1例作单纯手术。结果：5年总生存率61．36％，10年总生存率38．35％，中位生存期为80个月。局部复发率为25％（3／12），完成术后放疗患者无1例局部复发。结论：男性乳腺癌与女性乳腺癌具有相似的临床特点，采取有效的综合治理也能获得较好的疗效。

The Treatment of Male Breast Cancer

To retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of male breast cancer. Twelve patients with male breast cancer were treated in our hospital from August 1987 to December 1997. All patients were treated with radical operation firstly, 6 patients plus postoperative irradiation and combined chemotherapy, 3 patients plus combined chemotherapy, 2 patients plus local postoperative radiotherapy, 1 patient with operation only. The overall 5-year survival rate was 61.63%, and the overall 10-year survival rate was 38.35%. The median survival time was 80 months. The local recurrence rate was 25%(3/12). No case of local recurrence was found in the patients with postoperative radiotherapy.Conclusions]The male breast cancer has the same clinical characteristics with the female breast cancer. Patients with the male breast cancer can acquire the same results with famale breast cancer if comprehensive therapy is adopted.
