医学类期刊H指数与影响因子、总被引频次的曲线拟合回归分析

为评价H指数与影响因子、总被引频次的关系,以 2009年《中国期刊引证报告》（扩刊版）中166种医学期刊的H指数、影响因子、总被引频次、引用刊数和来源文献量为源数据,采用SPSS16.0软件作线性、对数、二次多项式、三次多项式回归拟合和Logistic回归。二维散点图和曲线回归拟合分析均发现,H指数与影响因子、总被引频次、引用刊数呈密切相关,但与来源文献量的相关性不强。 因此,H指数、影响因子、总被引频次应相互补充,共同用于医学类期刊学术影响力的评价。

H index, IF and total citations of medical journals: A curve-fitting regression analysis

Linear, logarithmic, quadratic, cubic and logistic regression analyses were performed for the H index, IF, total citations, cited journals and source literature of 166 medical journals covered in Chinese scientific and technological journal citation reports, 2009 expanded edition in order to evaluate the relation between their H index, IF and total citations. 2D scatter diagram and curve-fitting regression analysis showed that H index was closely related with IF, total citations, and cited journals, but not with source literature. Therefore, H index, IF and total citations should be used in combination to assess the academic impact power of medical journals.
