| 摘 要： | 对１００例高血压患者进行２４ｈ动态血压监测，结果２４ｈ动态血压波动规律呈双峰双谷状，第一高峰在上午７～１１时左右，第二高峰在下午１６～２１时左右，且收缩压第二高峰值明显高于第一高峰值，２４ｈ动态血压均值昼夜为１３９／８３ｍｍＨｇ，日间为１４０／８６ｍｍＨｇ，夜间为１３６／８０ｍｍＨｇ。血压负荷收缩压为４８％，舒张压为３２％。 |

| Abstract: | In order to understand the 24 h ambulatory blood pressure in hypertension patients,100 cases of HT were tested with ambulatory BP monitering. The result showed that there were two peaks and two dippers of circadium rhythm.The first peak was from 7 to 11 o'clock AM.The secend peak was from 16 to 21 o' clock PM,with the second higher than the first one.The hypertension patients had a mean 24 h ambulatory blood pressure of 139/83 mmHg,a mean of 140/86 mmHg in the daytime,a mean of 136/80 mmHg in the nighttime.The blood pressure load was 4 8 percent for systolic and 32 percent for distolic blood pressure. |
