血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的疗效评价

目的探讨血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法71例重型肝炎患者分成治疗组和对照组，在综合治疗的基础上，治疗组同时给予血浆置换治疗，观察两组的临床效果，并对预后进行分析。结果血浆置换治疗后，患者的临床症状显著改善，肝、肾功能及凝血酶原时间明显好转（P〈0．01或〈0．05）；治疗组早期和中、晚期患者的存活率分别为88．00％和58．33％，高于对照组的47．83％和36．36％（P〈0．05）。结论血浆置换是治疗重型肝炎的一种肴效手段，特别对早期重型肝炎的疗效更佳。

The clinical effect of plasma exchange in treatment of patients with severe hepatitis

Objective To study the clinical effect of plasma exchange in treatment of patients with severe hepati- tis. Methods 71 patients with severe hepatitis were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and besides the supporting treatment,37 patients were treated by plasma exchange. The clinical outcomes of the two groups were observed. Results The patients＇clinical symptoms after plasma exchange were relieved very much,and their liver and renal function tests and prothromin time improved obviously（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）;The survival rates of patients at early stage and at moderate to late stage in PE group were 88% and 58.33%,respectively,which were higher than 47.83% and 36.36% in the control group,respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma exchange is an effective way in treating patients with severe hepatitis,especially in patients at early stage.
