腮腺肿瘤的高频彩超诊断

目的探讨高频彩超对腮腺肿瘤诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的195例腮腺肿瘤的二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像特点。结果 195例腮腺肿瘤中,良性肿瘤163例,超声诊断符合率为78.5%,恶性肿瘤32例,超声诊断符合率为68.8%。结论高频彩超对腮腺肿瘤的检出率较高,对腮腺肿瘤要做到病理学诊断有一定难度。

High frequency ultrasonographic diagnosis of parotid tumors

Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of parotid tumors.Methods Through retrospective analysis of altrasound imaging characteristics under 2D and CDFI,195 cases parotid tumors were proved by operation and pathological method.Results There were 163 cases with benign tumors in 195 cases parotid tumors;and in benign tumors,the comform rate was 78.5%;there were 32 cases malignant tumors,the comform rate was68.8%.Conclusion High frequency color doppler ultrasonograph had more diagnostic correlation for pleomorphic adenoma,but it is difficult to totally coincide with pathological diagnosis to other parotid tumors.
