兰州市可疑脑瘫高危儿童早期干预训练治疗的临床疗效观察

目的探讨早期干预训练治疗对脑瘫预后的影响。方法对照组43例给予营养脑细胞治疗,观察组43例在营养脑细胞治疗的基础上做粗大运动、精细运动及语言训练,疗程结束后1岁时通过临床评估和Gesell发育量表评价疗效。结果观察组总显效率为90.70%,对照组总显效率为69.77%;观察组在粗大运动行为能区、精细动作行为能区、适应行为能区、语言和个人社交行为能区的发育商均高于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可疑脑瘫高危儿童早期干预训练疗效显著,可明显改善预后,提高生存质量。

Clinical curative effect observation of the early intervention training treatment on suspected cerebral palsy of high risk infants in Lanzhou City

Objective To discuss the effect of early intervention training therapy on the prognosis of cerebral palsy.Methods 43 cases of the control group were given nutritional brain cell therapy. Observation group,based on the therapy of the control group,did some gross movement,fine movement and language training,as well as got the audio-visual tactile stimulation.After the course,at age 1,clinical assessment and Gesell scale were completed.Results The total effective rates were 90.70%for the observation group,69.77%for the control group.The observation group’s gross movement behavior function area,fine movement behavior function area,adaptive behavior function area,language behavior function area,personal social behavior function area and developmental quotient were all higher than those in control group,and the difference was significant in two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive intervention rehabilitation therapy for high risk infants suspected of cerebral palsy has notable curative effects to improve the prognosis and the quality of life.
