氟中毒动物模型膝关节内侧副韧带胶原蛋白含量测定

摘    要:
目的测定正常对照组和氟中毒动物模型组膝关节内侧副韧带的胶原含量,为临床提供胶原蛋白含量参数。方法采用改良的羟脯氨酸(HPR)测定法测定2组标本的胶原蛋白含量。结果得出了2组标本的胶原含量,正常对照组胶原含量为(39.4±4.6)mg/g,模型组胶原含量为(35.8±3.8)mg/g。结论模型组膝关节内侧副韧带胶原蛋白含量降低,说明氟中毒对膝关节内侧副韧带胶原含量具有一定影响。

Abstract:
Objective To test the collagen content of anterior cruciate ligament about the osteoporosis model between the normal control group and the animal model of fluorosis knee medial collateral ligamentthe group,and provide collagen content biomechanics parameters for the clinic.Methods To test the collagen protein content of the two groups using the testing method of improved HPR.Results We got the collagen content of the two groups.The collagen content of the normal control group is(39.4±4.6)mg/g,the collagen content of the model group is(35.8±3.8)mg/g.Conclusions The knee medial collateral ligamentthe model group collogen content reduces;it shows that the fluorosis has certain influence to the knee medial collateral ligamentthe.
