熏蒸器室内杀灭蚊虫效果研究

摘    要:
目的通过熏蒸器杀虫实验,研究在北湾蚊虫高密度地区室内快速杀灭蚊虫的方法。方法选用泰铭熏蒸器,按仪器推荐的剂量与时间分别做了5个时间长度的杀灭效果实验,并以不做任何处理的相同条件房间作为对照。结果以0.8g/30m^2剂量熏蒸剂处理8min,熏蒸后密闭房间30min可以有效地杀灭室内蚊虫;而按0.8g/30m^2剂量熏蒸剂处理10min,熏蒸后密闭房间10min后可以有效地杀灭室内蚊虫;按0.8g/30m^2剂量熏蒸剂处理0、10、30min后房间内蚊虫相对密度下降率可分别达到90.81%、100%、100%。结论在新疆北湾蚊虫高密度地区,在室内应用杀虫熏蒸器可以有效快速地杀灭入侵营区室内的蚊虫,从而达到保护官兵的目的。

Abstract:
Objective To research on the efficacy of the fumigate instrument in high mosquito environment of Beiwan. Methods Five fumigating times with the design dosages according to Taiming fumigate were performed with the non-fumigating rooms as control. Results After eight minutes fumigating followed with thirty minutes tightly close of the doors,the indoor's mosquito could be cleared;ten minutes fumigating followed with ten minutes tightly close of the doors,the indoor's mosquito could be also cleared;tightly close of the doors for 0,10,and 30 minutes after 10 minutes fumigating,the relative density decrease rate were 90.81%,100%,100% respectively.Conclusion Under the high mosquito density conditions in Beiwan,application of the fumigate instrument in doors could kill the invading mosquito quickly and effectively,and could also protect soldiers effectively.
