| 摘 要： | 目的研究重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (rhG CSF)成品蛋白质含量测定方法。方法用三氯醋酸 Lowry法和高效液相色谱外标法测定rhG CSF成品蛋白质含量。结果两种方法均能有效排除rhG CSF成品中甘露醇的干扰 ,与经典的Lowry法相比 ,蛋白质的回收率均大于 96 % ,RSD均 <5 %。结论三氯醋酸 Lowry法和高效液相色谱外标法均可用于测定rhG CSF成品的蛋白质含量 ,高效液相色谱法操作更简便 ,更准确。 |

| Abstract: | PurposeTo study the protein measurement methods of recombination human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) in finished products.MethodsUsing TCA-Lowry and HPLC external standard method measured protein of rhG-CSF in finished products.ResultsThe interference of triethanolamine could be removed by the two methods. The recovery of the two methods was more than 96%. While their RSD was less than 5%.ConclusionThe protein of rhG-CSF in finished products could be determined by TCA-Lowry and HPLC external standard method. The HPLC was more simple and more accurate. |
