| 摘 要： | 采用经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生症118例，结果患者手术后尿流率、残余尿测定、国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（L）等与术前比较均有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）．42例随访6～12月，有效率100％．作者对高危患者用不同汽化切除术式及防止尿失禁等方面作了讨论，认为经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术具有安全、疗效高、痛苦小、并发症少和恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | 118 cases of prostatic hyperplasia were treated with transurethra1 electrosection of prostate. The patients' postoperative uroflow ratio, residual urinometry, International prostate symptom score (IPSS), life standard score were quite different from those of preoperation (P <0.01 ). 42 cases were followed up and the effective rate was 100%. The author thinks that the transurethral electrosection of prostate is safe, eutherapeutic, less painful and quick to recover. |
