摘    要:目的动态检测燃气电厂职业病危害因素,结合职工职业性健康检查资料分析,确定职业病危害程度,提出防治对策,以降低职业病发生率。方法职业卫生学现场调查生产工艺和已采取的职业卫生等防护措施,检测正常生产情况下作业场所空气中毒物浓度,作业环境噪声、高温、工频电场强度,并进行作业岗位危害分级。结果毒物检测合格率为100%,工频电场符合卫生要求,个体噪声剂量检测有83.3%超标。结论噪声危害明显,噪声作业属轻中度危害,高温作业分级为Ⅲ级。职业病工作防治重点为治理噪声和高温。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To dynamically detect occupational hazards factors of a thermal power plants, and analyze the result of the occupational physical examinatiofi of the workers, so as to identify the extent of the occupational disease hazards, and to put forward the prevention and control measures for decreasing the incidence rate of the occupational disease. [ Methods ] The occupational hygiene field investigation was conducted to analyze production process and protective measures. Workplace air toxic concentration under normal condition, operating environment noise, the high temperature and the labor frequency electric field intensity were examined as well as hazard classification for workplaces. [ Results] Qualified rate of poison detection was 100%, the labor frequency electric field meets health requirements, and noise detection of individual dose was 83.3% , over standard. [ Conclusion] Noise hazard is obvious, and noise operations are mild or moderate hazard. High-temperature operations are classified into three classes. The prevention and control of the occupational disease should focus on the noise and heat.
