冠心病中医证候与冠脉病变程度的相关性研究

目的探讨中医证候与冠脉病变程度的相关性。方法168例住院患者均进行冠状动脉造影,记录其病史、症状、体征、舌脉象及理化检查结果,进行中医辨证分型,以辨证分型的7个中医证候为自变量,分别以Gensini积分、冠脉病变支数为因变量,进行多元线性回归分析。结果寒凝证、痰浊证、阴虚证与Gensini积分以及冠脉病变支数均呈正相关,血瘀证与冠脉病变支数正相关。结论寒凝、痰浊、阴虚、血瘀四证与冠脉病变程度正相关,在提示冠心病病情变化方面具有较重要的作用。

Correlation between TCM syndromes of CHD and pathological degree of coronary artery

Objective To study the correlation between TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease (CHD) and the pathologic degree of the coronary artery.Method The coronary arteriongraphy (CAG) was given to 168 in-patients, and their disease history, symptoms, signs, tongue-pulse manifestations and results of laboratory examination were recorded.After TCM syndrome differentiation and classification, there were 7 syndromes taken as independent variables, and the total grades of Gensini or the pathologic number of coronary artery as dependent variable analyzed by multiple linear-regression.Results The cold-accumulation syndrome, sputum-turbid syndrome and yin-deficiency syndrome were all correlated to the total grades of Gensini and the pathologic number of the coronary artery.The blood-stasis syndrome was correlated to the pathologic number of the coronary artery.Conclusion The cold-accumulation syndrome, sputum-turbid syndrome, yin-deficiency syndrome and blood-stasis syndrome are all correlated to the pathologic degree of the coronary artery, which play an important role in the indication of CHD development.
