子宫腔填塞纱条治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血21例分析

目的　总结 2 1例子宫腔填塞纱条治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血的临床经验。方法　对 1990年 5月— 2 0 0 1年12月在我院用子宫腔填塞纱条治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血 2 1例进行分析。结果　 2 1例前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血用纱条填塞子宫腔后均获成功止血 ,2 0～ 30h后经阴道顺利取出 ,未发生阴道大出血 ,产后 4 2d随访 18例 ,子宫复旧良好。结论　子宫腔填塞纱条是治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血的有效方法。

Filling Uterine Cavity with Ribbon Gauze for Treating 21 Cesarean Section Massive Hemorrhage Cases with Placenta Previa

Objective To analyse the curitive effect of filling uterine cavity with ribbon gauze for treating 21 cesarean section massive hemorrhage cases with placenta previa. Methods 1990 05-2001 12, 21 cesarean section massive hemorrhage cases with placenta previa were treated with filling uterine cavity with ribbon gauze. Results 21 cases were successfully stanched. After 20～30 hours, the ribbon gauze was taken out without vagina massive hemorrhage. 42 days after cesarean section, 18 cases were follow up surveied. The uterus involution was all right. Conclusion Filling uterine cavity with ribbon gauze for treating cesarean section massive hemorrhage patients with placenta previa is an effective method.
