坎地沙坦酯片治疗原发性高血压的成本效果分析

目的对坎地沙坦酯片治疗原发性高血压进行经济学评价,与常规降压药物进行比较探讨其成果。方法选择两个社区高血压患者分别接受坎地沙坦酯片（治疗组）和常规降压药物（常规组）治疗,随访记录情况,计算并比较两组的成果效果。结果坎地沙坦酯片能达到与常规降压药物相同的降压效果,而所需的费用仅为常规降压药物的39%。结论坎地沙坦酯片能达到与常规降压药物相同的降压效果,而所需的费用仅为常规降压药物的39%。

Candesartan ester piece cost effect analysis for the treatment of essential hypertension

Objective：To candesartan ester economics evaluation on the treatment of essential hypertension,compared with conventional antihypertensive drugs to discuss their results. Methods：choose two community hypertension patients ac-cept candesartan ester and conventional antihypertensive drugs（normal group）treatment,follow - up record,calculate and compare the results of the two groups. Results：candesartan ester tablet can achieve the same as the conventional antihyper-tensive drug effect,and the cost of only 39% of the conventional antihypertensive drugs. Conclusion：candesartan tablet can achieve the same as the conventional antihypertensive drug effect,and the cost of only 39% of the conventional antihy-pertensive drugs.
