| 摘 要： | 对生物瓣置换术后生物瓣败坏的２３例病人行再次瓣膜置换术。生物瓣置入体内平均时间为８．７７年，术后死亡７例，死亡率３０．４％。本文就再次瓣膜置换围术期的某些问题作一探讨。 |

| Abstract: | wenty-three cases of bioprosthese deterioration after haert valve replacement are re-ported.The second replacement of heart valve was performed on these pateints with ma-chanical prosthese again. The time of bioprosthese replaced in the bodies was 8.77 years.Seven of these patients died in hospital.The problems of the secondary replacement of heartvalves during the period of perioperation were discussed. |
