髋关节一过性骨质松疏症的MRI表现与诊断

MRI Performance and Diagnosis of Transitory Osteoporosis of the Hip Joint

Objective MRI findings of Transient osteoporosis of the hip(TOH) were analyzed in order to improve the TOH diagnose.Methods 4 cases with TOH were analyzed.The clinical symptoms and MR findings were reviewed.MRI manifest includes axial T1WI,T2WI,T2WI/SPIR and coronary T2WI/SPIR.Results 4 cases with single hip involved caput femoris,collum femoris and tuberosity femoris.There were low signal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI and T2WI/SPIR.After 6 months followed up,the symptoms are alleviated,the lesions disappeared.Conclusion It is help to confirm the diagnose of TOH,the lesion region and scope.Follow-up MRI examination observation helps hip TOH and identify avascular necrosis.
