摘    要:目的探讨数字化教学模式在非直属附属医院医学影像学临床实习中的应用价值。方法利用放射科RIS和PACS系统、终端图文工作站、Power Point 2003等硬、软件,建立医学影像学教学资料库,制作多媒体教学课件及自学课件,专门开辟数字化阅片室。数字化教学形式包括多媒体幻灯讲课、课件自学、图文工作站读片、诊断报告书写及在线出科考试等。教学效果采用问卷调查、出科考试及教学座谈会等形式评估。结果医学影像学教学资料库中积累了有价值的影像资料近2,000例,教学课件30个,不同专业在线考试试卷30套。数字化教学效果明显优于传统屏片实习模式,提高了教学质量。结论数字化教学有利于提高医学影像学实习阶段的教学质量,为医学生今后的临床医疗工作打下坚实基础,值得完善和推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of digital technology in medical imageology teaching during clinical practice period in non-affiliated hospitals. Methods Teaching database, multimedia teaching and self-study courseware of medical imageology were made with hardware or software including PACS, RIS, terminal picture-word workstation and PowerPoint 2003. Digital film-reading classroom was built with PACS and RIS. The approach of digital teaching included lectures with multimedia, self-study courseware, film reading and diagnosis report writing with terminal picture-word workstation, and test on completion of a course. The teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaire, test on completion of a course and teaching symposium. Results We compiled valuable audio-visual teaching materials of nearly 2,000 patients, 30 multimedia teaching courseware, and 30 sets of online examination questions for different specialties. The effect of digital teaching was obviously superior to that of the traditional film-reading mode and has greatly improved the quality of teaching. Conclusion Digital teaching is very useful for us to improve the teaching quality of medical imageology and lay a solid foundation for future clinical work, thus worth consummating and popularizing.
