子宫内膜和子宫肌的雌激素、孕激素受体研究

作者用葡聚糖-活性炭分离方法,测定了36例子宫内膜和51例子宫肌的雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)。结果显示:子宫内膜ER和PR都高于子宫肌。配对资料表明:增殖期和分泌期子宫内膜ER和PR比子宫肌对应指标高。子宫内膜和子宫肌增殖期PR高于分泌期,ER也有类似差别,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜ER和PR周期变化曲线与体内雌、孕激素变化相仿,但其高峰稍后于激素。提示子宫内膜和子宫肌的ER和PR含量与雌、孕激素在该部位作用大小和体内激素水平相平行,子宫内膜ER和PR伴随月经周期中雌、孕激素变化而呈有规律的周期性变化。

STUDY ON ESTROGEN AND PROGESTERONE RECEPTORS OF ENDOMETRIUM AND MYOMETRIUM

We analysed estrogen and progesteronereceptors (ER and PR) of 36 cases of endo-metrium and 51 cases of myometrium withthe dextran-charcoal coated method. BothER and PR of endometrium were higherthan those of the myometrium. The paireddata showed that ER and PR of the prolif-erative and secretive phases of the endome-trium were also higher than those of themyometrium respectively.PR of the prolifer-ative phase of the endometrium and myome-trium was higher than that of the secretivephase of them, but the difference of ER hadnot been proved by statistics (P>0.05).The curves of the receptors of the endome-trium in the menstrual cycle followed thoseof estrogen and progesterone. It is suggestedthat the contents of the receptors of endome-trium and myometrium are paralleled withthe action and quantity of the hormone in thehuman body; endometrial receptors regularlychanged with the menstrual cycle.
