| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颈椎间孔阻滞为主治疗颈源性肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例颈源性肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予颈椎牵引加肩部功能锻炼,治疗组在颈椎间孔阻滞联合肩部手法治疗的基础上,予以颈椎牵引加肩部功能锻炼。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分数和肩关节活动度。结果：两组患者疼痛较治疗前都有明显减轻,VAS评分明显降低（P〈0.05）,但治疗组较对照组疗效更佳（P〈0.05）;治疗组在改善肩关节活动度方面的疗效也明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：颈椎间孔阻滞为主治疗颈源性肩关节周围炎疗效满意,效果确切。
