摘    要:目的:了解小儿中毒型细菌性痢疾(简称毒痢)与多系统器官功能衰竭(MSOF)的临床特点,探讨其发生机理及抢救治疗措施;方法:对我科1997年1月至1999年1月收治的160例毒痢患儿进行临床分析;结果:4个或4个以上器官功能衰竭时病死率高,血液系统功能衰竭 、肾功能衰竭、胃肠功能衰竭患儿病情极为严重,往往是疾病晚期表现,预后极差;结论:积极改善呼吸功能、纠正循环衰竟是抢救毒痢,阻断器官功能序贯性损害的关键所在。

Abstract:Objective:To observe relationship of child toxic bacillary dysentery (TBD) and multiple system organ failure (MSOF).Method:Documents of 160 children with TBD,in-patients in our hospital from 1997-1999, were reviewed.Result:The dead rate was higher in those cases with 4 and over 4 failure organs than that in others, especially it was more severe in the cases with DIC, renal function failure and gastrointestinal function failure.Conclusion:It is important on successful treatment to treat and improve early respiratory and circulation dysfunction.
